Antonym Haul (blush, eyeliner, mascara)

I love Antonym. I previously posted about their powder foundation and have since tried their Baked Highlighting Blush in Lily, the Certified Natural Eye Pencil in Noir, and the Lola Lash Too Mascara.

The Baked Highlighting Blush in the shade Lily* is gorgeousI mean, if baby angels could pick a blush to call their own, this would be it. It’s a rosy, peachy shade that looks so natural and glowing. It’s one of those blushes that’s so finely milled; when you apply it it blends so seamlessly that it’s hard to tell where you started the application but leaves behind this pretty lit from within flush. It’s a soft and delicate color that’s perfect for daily use to warm up your complexion without overpowering the rest of your makeup. If you are afraid of blush and cheek color, this is the perfect color for you! You don’t have to worry about looking ‘clown-like’ in this shade. It’s so flattering; every person I’ve seen wearing it looks beautiful!

The Certified Natural Eye Pencil* is so smooth and creamy – no skipping or dragging on the lid, it goes on almost like a gel liner. In fact, I have used this frequently for winged eyeliner looks by swiping it on and using a small brush to feather the corners up and out! It’s a really rich black pigment and it’s all around easy to work with. There’s even a sharpener on the end (no need to dig around in your makeup bag to find one) which I really appreciate.  By the end of the day,  I notice minimal smudging which is great! I’ve avoided black pencil liners because they usually end up everywhere but where I want them. Can confirm: this eyeliner lives up to the claim that it’s waterproof. It’s 100% all natural and 11.9% of ingredients are sourced from organic farming.

The Lola Lash Too Mascara* has a spiky plastic bristle brush and an ultra black formula. It glides on easily and clump free. On my lashes, this provides a light volumizing and defining effect, but it does not add a ton of length. It’s definitely a more natural looking mascara on me. After about 10 hours of wear, there is very little transfer on my brow bone which is a huge win if you’re prone to smudges like I am. It washes off easily with water: it’s a very gentle, lash friendly mascara – no tugging or double cleansing necessary to remove.
